Kells Online Store Policies

Our checkout process uses a secure form for you to complete your order. Our shopping cart checkout accepts: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards.

You may also choose to purchase items by mail and pay by check or money order. To order by mail, please enclose your check payment (made out to Kells Irish Restaurant & Pub) with your order and mail it to:
Kells Irish Restaurant and Pub, 112 SW Second Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97204. Mail orders will be shipped after check is cleared.

Shipping

• Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Items are sent against cleared funds. Most payment methods clear the same day during store business hours (9 am - 7 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday-Friday), except checks which usually require 5 business days for US checking accounts.
• If an item is not in stock, customers will be notified if any of the items ordered are on backorder, and provided option to order the item in advance or cancel order.
• We currently ship orders on weekdays, excluding holidays. If you want an expedited shipping method in order to receive your order more quickly, please phone us at 503 227 4057.
• If shipping is delayed for some reason beyond our control, we will notify you by e-mail immediately and you may elect to cancel the order at that time.

Ground Shipping: The default carrier for destinations within the United States is the U.S. Postal Service using their Priority Mail (with tracking) service.

We charge a flat rate of $5 per item for any online/mail orders for USPS shipping and handling, except for glassware, which is billed at $8 per item. In the case of multiple items in one shipment, we are often able to save some cost by consolidating packaging. Final shipping costs may be reduced from the calculated total at checkout, and we will notify you on order confirmation of that final total. Shipping total will be confirmed upon receipt of your order and sent to you via email for confirmation.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping may be available upon request, please call us to request shipping estimate for expedited shipping, or await your order confirmation email which will include your shipping estimate.

International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States.

Tracking Your Package: We will provide any tracking information at the time of your email order confirmation.

Returns (for exchange only):

Kells understands that sometimes a buyer wants to return an item, for various reasons. To be eligible for return (for exhange only) the product must be:

• in saleable condition = unworn, not washed or ironed
• received within 14 days of original shipment
• If items are not deemed to be "saleable", we reserve the right to refuse exchange
• If sizing is incorrect - if it does not match the sizing requested on your order confirmation, Kells will ship correct size directly upon receipt of returned item at no extra charge.
• If sizing is incorrect due to customer error, we may charge additional shipping to replace your order.
• Shipping costs and all purchases are non-refundable, returns for exchange only.

Privacy

This policy covers Customer Information, which means information you give us regarding credit cards and contact information such as email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.

We give care and attention to safeguard Customer Information and keep it confidential. We do not share customer information or mailing lists with any third parties.

Security

Our site does NOT store credit card information. We do not capture it in any way. Our shopping cart is designed to send your information from Secure Socket Layer protected web page directly to our office via secured email. When ordering from Kellsshop.com, you will see that our site address starts with https:// as opposed to http:// (s for secure). Also, you will notice the lock on your browser indicating you are visiting a secured site with dedicated SSL protection.
